Ich bin Fulya Gezer Bachmann, eine Bilderbuchautorin/-illustratorin und Kunstpädagogin, geboren in Istanbul, studierte Kunstpädagogik in Deutschland, wo ich derzeit lebe. Vor kurzem schrieb ich meine Masterarbeit (März, 2021) über unkonventionelle Kinderbücher und ihr kreatives Potenzial in der Kunstpraxis. Ich liebe es, diese Art von Büchern zu gestalten und gemeinsam mit den Kindern neue Geschichten und Bilder zu entdecken.
I am Fulya Gezer Bachmann, a picturebook maker and an art teacher, born in Istanbul, studied Art Education in Germany, where i’m currently living. Recently I wrote my master theses about unconventional children books and their creative potencial in art education (March, 2021). I love to create those kinds of books, discover new stories and pictures together with the children.
